Funeral Arrangements for 9/11 Hero: Nick Ursta
Donation protected
Nick Ursta had no idea that he would get cancer when he went to Ground Zero after 9/11 with his fire rescue company from White Oak, PA. 17 years later, toxins from the ash and debris lead to him developing mesothelioma.
Nick’s suffering ended October 29th, 2019 on his 52nd birthday. Married for 25 years, Nick’s wife Margaret has been by his side every step of the way.
We’ve been following the Ursta’s story on Sparkt.com since Nick became too ill to continue building a dream home for Margaret. Sparkt volunteers have embraced this family, helping complete the home. Now we have to ask one more time for help. We need to raise funding to take care of funeral expenses and honor this unsung 9/11 hero.
