Support For Roz
Donation protected
In March 2019 our beloved friend, Roz was diagnosed with a rare auto immune disease called Myasthenia Gravis(MG). On October 22nd she had a thymectomy to remove her thymus which normally helps reverse all of the symptoms of MG and within a year most patients go into full remission. Within two weeks of her surgery her body went into shock and moved into what is called a “Myasthenia Crisis” which now has become life threatening. Roz has been in the ICU for 7 days and will be for the foreseeable future. This disease effects her ability to see, open her eyes. hold her own head up, eat, drink, breathe and talk. Due to the complications she is fully intubated, has a feeding tube inserted, and is on a ventilator breathing for her. She has been receiving blood plasma exchanges for the last three days with two more scheduled for next week. Many people have reached out wanting to help so we have created this account to help offset the financial burden and upcoming medical bills. Any amount you donate will be greatly appreciated!
