Save Baby Clayborn

My name is Jasmine Clayborn and I’m currently 23 weeks pregnant. It hurts my heart as I write this. But every minute of everyday has become crucial to me. Recently I have found out in the worst way that my baby girl has a condition called Multicystic kidney dysplasia. Fetal multicystic dysplastic kidney (MCDK) is a condition that results from the malformation of the kidney during fetal development. The kidney consists of irregular cysts of varying sizes that resemble a bunch of grapes. It has no function, and nothing can be done to save this kidney. This defect generally only affects one of the kidneys, so typically the other healthy kidney will grow larger to compensate for the diseased one. Occasionally the disease affects both kidneys, which is incompatible with life, causing the fetus to be stillborn or to die shortly after birth. In approximately 50% of babies diagnosed with this disease, other urological defects are found. However, the other defects can generally be corrected with surgery or by observation alone. But the doctors in Oklahoma have given my daughter a death sentence despite the many alternatives that can be done to save her. They want me to carry her to 37 weeks and give birth without any intervention to save her life. Stand by and watch her take her last breath. As a mother can and will not allow that to happen. I have found a care team in Chicago that is willing to help my baby stay alive but I have to move there with in the next month or so she can be monitored and they can take the proper precautions after she is born.Im asking for any little bit to help me take the steps to save my baby. Please help me prepare for a birth and not a funeral
