Andrea Needs Your Help

*Andrea Burke kidney transplant drive* October 2010, Andrea found out she was born with one kidney after attending a doctor's appointment. And the one kidney she has was partially blocked up. This same kidney only worked 25% at that time of discovering that it was diseased. After discovering the condition of the kidney 2010, Andrea needed immediate surgery. In 2011 she had surgery done at the Kings County Hospital to remove the blockage. Since that time she has been having lots of doctors appointment. Andrea is very hard-working an independent person, always laughing. If she don't tell you she has a kidney problem, you will never know because she do not complain. About 7 months ago she found out that one kidney is now only working 8% and need a transplant.. As she prepares for her transplant with numerous doctors appointment. She is unable to work right now and will be after surgery is done for one year. She's asking  for lots of prayer and financial help.  With rent, utility bills, transportation Etc. We ask for your generosity in helping us raise money to cover some of the many expenses Andrea and her family will incur in the coming months due to this life altering procedure. While we do not know the full cost as of yet, we would love to start this fundraising hoping to offset some of the financial burdens she may encounter. We will be sure to update you as the drive progresses. She has so much more life to live, and we want to help her get there, minus any financial worries.
