Blayne Trammell Funeral 17year old shooting victi

Hi, my name is Mary Carden (fka, Clemmons, Brewer), organizer and grandmother.

It is with great sadness we announce the untimely death of my grandson, Blayne Trammell Steever. His mother, Cassie White found him at the scene of the crime where he was shot and deceased on the scene. She is heartbroken becuse they had a very close relationship filled with love (see photo).

Blayne was the victim of a shooting on February 20, 2024, on Pershing Avenue, Stockton, CA. I am opening this go fund me to assist with the funeral and expenses for my daughter during this time. My daughter, Cassie White, Blayne's mother, has been battling stage four cancer for the past year  and Blayne became her caregiver by choice. The time together created a special and extremely close bond between them. She does not have the funds to bury him. She is doing all she can to raise the funds while dealing with this tragedy.

Blayne was a kindhearted young man who always had a hug available. He was a Junior in High School. His hope was to one day become an aerospace engineer. His life was ended too soon.

Please keep us in your prayers, including Blayne's five siblings, Randy, Mary Lucas, Adele, and Collin, his closest brother and best friend. Please pray for our family and  the youth of Stockton.
