Help With Legal Fees For Business Illegally Closed

6 months ago my dream of finally becoming my own boss and owning a bar came true. I didn’t know much about St. Benard but the previous owner was nice and willing to give me a chance so I jumped in head first.
My name is Nakkiya Groomes, just recently I arrived at my business to find the locks changed, a closed sign and a police business card attached to the sign. I was told that there had been 100’s of noise complaints against the bar and that a meeting was held with the police chief, a lieutenant and the building owner at Midnight 1/4/20 and this was the outcome. The chief informed me that St. Benard was a quiet town and with the people that the bar is drawing, the city is unwilling to bend to the party scene ( mind you there’s a bar next door to me). I’ve asked multiple times for the written complaints and have yet to receive them, we have never had emergency response called to the bar, there have not been any physical altercations that the police have had to break up and no one has ever been hurt in the 6 months we’ve been open. The fact stands as one of the lieutenants told me, they consider their town “Mayberry, and that’s the way they want to keep it”.
I have obtained myself a lawyer, but with the immediate termination of my only source of income, money has become scarce for a single mother with 3 children. I’m asking with the most sincerity in my heart that you donate towards legal fees and getting this situation resolved, thank you.
