Donation protected
She is my lovely sister Adela Huizar, she is 34 years old from Houston TX. She was diagnosed with stage 4 cell b lymphoma in August 2018, she never had a pain or symptoms until that day that we had to take her to the emergency room and we were given the least expected diagnosis. Adela is a mother of three: 13-year-old Juan who loves sports, 11-year-old Cassandra she loves to read and 6-year-old Sofia she loves to spend all the time with her mommy. All three need her with them, she is the one who encourage them and she’s always ready to give them support on all their school activities even if she feels sick. Her husband Victor Huizar is the one that provides financially for his family, they been married since 2004 til this day, they have overcome many obstacles together and with God's help also defeat cancer. Her husband always supporting her in everything, he does whatever it takes to keep supporting his wife with her chemotherapy treatments and making sure there's food on the table, even if it takes him having to work days, nights, weekends or holidays, it doesn't matter, he'll get it done, he works without thinking. This December work season was over and as we are starting with a new year we are having some issues with the health insurance and my sister has been losing treatments for insufficient funds, because is very expensive, we are worried because it's dangerous for her health to wait a lot, and we are afraid that something worst happens to her, we need her, her kids need her. She began her treatment in November 2018 she was diagnosed in August with stage four non-Hodgkin's lymphoma with metastasis in the liver in the spleen and armpit as it is a cancer of the lymphatic system. She completed her treatment of 6 chemo therapies, a scan and two tumors are still present and without chemotherapy they can grow. She had two more rounds of chemotherapy, and another scan and again the two tumors still present. The chemotherapy was every 21 days, now it's a treatment of a chemotherapy per week, since January 2019 the health insurance started running and with the help of family and friends we have gone ahead but now we need a little extra help. Anything helps!!Thank you so much!!!
