Ben Dynek's Family Funeral Assistance Fund

Dear friends,
On January 31, 2020 my dear friend of over 20 years has lost his battle to addiction. I lost my brother to this disease a little over 10 years ago. Between then and now I've lost many good friends but let me tell you hearing the tragic news of Ben shook my core and shattered my heart.
Ben was my first boyfriend at 10 years old, neighbor, and childhood best friend. I was lucky enough to see him grow, change, and evolve into a handsome man. Yes he had some dark times and struggles in his life but really who hasn't. We all wanted to watch Ben continue growing into the great man he was becoming but God had other plans for him.
Ben was someone that put his life back together. He was so truly loved by his family and friends and we were all rooting for him. They say the Good die Young. Ben was better than good and when he passed he took pieces of our hearts with him. If anyone deserved our hearts it was Ben. He was our gentle giant standing at a very tall 6'4". his soul was pure and heart kind. He was a good man from the ends of his hair to the bottom of his big feet. When looking up at him in conversation my neck would begin to hurt so he would slouch. That way we could remain engaged in our conversation. That was Ben hurting his own back to make my neck feel better. He was thoughtful and sweet like that.
Ben's family is going through what will most likely be the worst pain their hearts will ever endure. So let's all pull together and help with Ben's funeral costs. Let's show his family how loved he was but most importantly let's let his family grieve without having to deal with the added stresses of funeral costs.
