Brad’s Tramatic Brain Injury Recovery Fund

Donation protected
On Monday February 3rd, Brad Patton was involved in a catastrophic snowboarding accident on Copper Mountain in Colorado. The accident has caused a severe traumatic brain injury. He is currently in critical condition, in a coma, on a ventilator, has a major leg break (compound fracture)of the tibia and fibula, and three head fractures including: temple, eye socket, and jaw. Brad continues to make recovery progress every day but many areas of progress are unknown at this point. He currently has body movement but is not responding to voice commands. To date, he has undergone several leg surgeries including a skin graft to cover his shin bone. Brad will have a long road to recovery including rehabilitation. This fund is to help offset any uncovered medical expenses for Brad as well as a potential transfer from Denver to Houston where he can be closer to family during this recovery. All donations will go directly to this purpose. Any donation is greatly appreciated.

Update 3/2/2020
Brad is continuing to get better & has been approved to go to Craig Rehab in Denver (hopefully this week). We are expecting this to result in good things for him.  Brad has started to talk some, has better movement, and has some memory return.  This is a long process and the good news is that he is getting better.  Our prayer is that he will improve to the point where he can be transferred to Craig Rehab then eventually to Houston where he will be closer to family & loved ones. Thank you all for your loving prayers & good wishes.
