1st Porthmadog Scout HQ refurbishment appeal.

We are a small scout group in North Wales. Our Scout hut is located right on the sea front (literally a metre away). This obviously puts in an uninsureable position regarding floods. Storm Ciara caused a extrema high tide and topped our flood defense, installed after the 2013 storm damage which we still haven't fully recovered from. We have begun some repairs to the electrical installation but this has shown up alot of other building problems which need dealing with.
