Climbing Snowdon in Support of Cardiomyopathy UK

Myself and a group of friends are climbing Snowdon in honour of James Heap who passed away in September 2024. James was one of my closest friends and he is missed hugely.

Hopefully we can raise some money to help this great cause - Cardiomyopathy UK.

Cardiomyopathy UK is the only UK charity dedicated to providing support and information to anyone affected by cardiomyopathy. In short, Cardiomyopathy relates to diseases of the heart muscle, where the walls of the heart chambers have become stretched, thickened or stiff which affects the heart's ability to pump blood around the body.
