Dante’s Road To Recovery

As some of you may be aware, my 20yr old nephew Dante was a victim to a horrific crime on Sat Feb. 29th. In a senseless act of violence he was shot twice in the head. He has undergone 2 brain surgeries, a jaw surgery to reconstruct and wire his jaw shut, and a neck/spine surgery to remove a bullet. The injury the bullets caused has severe long term effects and has left him with severe pain in the right arm and some paralysis which we are hoping with rehab he will regain back his movement and strength.

As you can only imagine the family have had to pull together in numerous ways to make sure he has had the support and guidance he has needed and will no doubt need in the future to be able to fully recover from this. Many days of missed work, time with other family members and sleepless worries nights have been endured by this strong family. He has a long road of rehab and recovery ahead. This has been a nightmare that you just cant wake up from and has changed there lives in unimaginable ways.

If you can help in anyway big or small I know it will mean the world to them and just ease a little bit of the burden that this family has found themselves in. We are undeniably grateful that we still have Dante with us and look forward to helping him move past this and go on to have a healthy and happy long life.  All prayers for pain management, full recovery and positive vibes are appreciated to ❤️
