Let’s Help The McCracken Family
Donation protected
On March 25th at 10:50 a.m our beloved Padraic “Paddy” McCracken took his last breath ending his two year battle with Glioblastoma. Paddy was a Naval Officer and Airline pilot. He was a fighter, and anyone who knew him knew his fierce determination to fight for life for his wife Kelly, and their children, Fiona and Liam; but his body eventually failed what his heart and mind were determined to do. As you know, Paddy lived for two years, far exceeding the grave cancer diagnosis that was set before him. He never complained and he continued to live with the same love, integrity and conviction that he had prior to his diagnosis. The family has gifted us with the honor of watching their pain and their strong love throughout this devastating journey. So many of us have learned and grown in our family connections by witnessing their journey.
As the Covid-19 virus is wreaking havoc on our lives, it’s particularly devastating to the McCracken family at this time. Their friends and loved ones are unable to try and bring some comfort and companionship to the family by visiting. In lieu of visitation and flowers, we are asking that donations be made to the family to help bridge the gap in their long and painful road of healing, and reconcile tens of thousands of dollars in medical expenses the family has incurred over the past two years.
Please, let’s help this amazingly strong, loving family during this painful time. I deeply appreciate any financial help and I know the family does as well. We wish them love during this difficult time.
Much love and many thanks,
Lisa and Diana
