Custom Workouts Covid-19 Relief Fund

We at Custom Workouts have been in Business for 15 years and have raised over 20 thousand dollars for different community causes in order to help our great community. Custom Workouts is a locally owned company, we have supported all local businesses since we’ve opened in 2005. We have attained and sustained many working relationships with local Bussiness such as the Santa Maria Country Club, Santa Maria School District, Santa Barbara Sheriff’s and Hancock College. We hope to continue giving back to our community with outreach, programs and providing the best fitness in town. During the past month, the fitness industry in general suffered significant financial losses as thousands of gyms were ordered to close due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Despite being out of commission this past month, the team at Custom Workouts has been working hard to continue to offer alternative services for our members to achieve their health and fitness goals.  We are currently providing online training through Via Zoom. Custom Workouts is closed for business but our fitness inspiration, motivation, and advice is more active than ever before. Regardless of all our efforts, we have seen a significant drop in revenue to help cover the operational fixed costs and we expect it to have an even bigger impact in the next couple of months and beyond, as summer time tends to be a slow season for the fitness industry in general.   As weeks and months go by with a business at a sudden turn from growth to loss and with government relief funds being depleted very quickly, we are scrambling to stay afloat financially to keep our doors open post-Covid 19.
