Playa Scuba Dive Team Fund

Hello friends and supporters of playa scuba. As you all know around the world times have become extremely difficult with the Coronavirus spreading further and affecting so many more than anyone expected. Here in playa everyone is struggling. The area has been locked down, the beach is clear the ocean is calling but we are just not allowed to dive. The whole area relies solely on tourism and many of us smaller companies are beginning to feel the effects. Once these restrictions are lifted tourism is likely to be the last area to bounce back. As you know we are a small team of 4 instructors providing high quality, safe and fun diving in the area. However we need a little of your help to keep us going so we can keep doing what we love and providing you with great experiences. We haven’t worked for almost 2months now and this phenomenon is not predicted to end soon. We have spent this time refurbishing the shop so when you come back it’s going to be all bright and beautiful. But as most of you know we only get paid for the divers we take, so for all the work we have done getting the shop ready for you, there is no pay. We are asking for you to support us, any small amount you could spare to keep us going. We are ready and waiting for you just need to get through these troublesome times.
