North Landing HOA Riding Mower

North Landing Community! As you know, since the Lake was lowered, we now have a beautiful lake-bed full of grass that has to be mowed. In order to keep it looking great, we have 7 awesome Volunteers that help with the mowing, and we only have one heavy duty mower. In case you are unaware, it costs us over $10,000 per year to mow the main areas in the front, around the clubhouse, and the Dam. We cannot afford to pay a company to mow any additional areas. With the Virus looming and HOA Funds low for the year, I’m hoping that the people of our great community will step up, and help keep the Lake as beautiful as it is today. So, I am reaching out to the community to try and raise enough money to purchase a second Riding Mower. The Cost will be around $2000. Now that we have a shed, it will be stored safely, and will be available for the Volunteers to use as needed. Thank you, Ed Stoutzenberger
