Tom Goodwillie Hodges

As many of you know, the last few years has been a very challenging and emotional year for the Hodges family. Jenn battled breast cancer in 2019, but thankfully she completed both her chemo and radiation and with her ongoing treatments and therapies is in remission.

During Jenn’s battle with breast cancer Tom was diagnosed with ALS, better known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. To say the least, it has turned their world upside down. Yet they remain positive and plan to make the best of every day and do everything they can to defy the odds of ALS.

Tom and Jenn have expressed so much gratitude for loving family members and friends who have supported them with a great self-care team including the best neurologist in the country, acupuncturists, physical therapists, a chiropractor, functional medicine doctors, and an outstanding trainer. These people came from our incredible community. 

The road continues to be full of obstacles, and challenges, joy and much HOPE But, behind all these emotions is the simple fact that this disease can also create significant financial strain and can often require many adjustments to daily life. Some of this burden, our community of friends has decided to carry. This includes you. Thank you.

The Go Fund Me donation sends money directly to the Family trust. 

The Family Trust will be used at the discretion of Tom and Jenn for a myriad of things including medical care, medical and health equipment, functional medicine, home needs, day to day necessities.
