A mother’s worst nightmare just came true for our dear friend Sady. Where do I begin to start this horrific event. It’s an absolute tragedy, an absurd living nightmare to wish on our worst enemies. On the afternoon of April 10, 2022, The state patrol knocks on a single mother’s door to inform her two kids, daughter Etana, age 13, an avid violin player, and son Phillip Age 19 have been in a horrible accident involving their father at the wheel.
According to news reports:
Police said an investigation revealed that a gray sedan with a driver and three passengers was traveling west on HWY 18 when it left its lane and crashed, head-on, into a motorhome. Both vehicles caught fire. Police declared all four occupants of the sedan died at the scene. The driver and the passenger of the motorhome were not injured. Police still do not know why the sedan left its lane when it crashed into the motorhome.
Sady is a very close friend that we’ve known for 22 years, who has turned into our sister. She is hard working, loyal, very independent, strong willed, selfless, front line registered nurse in Oregon. If we would ask her if she wanted this GoFund account, she would decline feeling she would be everyone’s burden.
We don’t know how to express our sorrow other than be supportive at this difficult time. Sady’s world changed in an instant and would never be the same. From the bottom of our hearts we hope time could be her friend and allow her to move forward.
We thank you in advance for your support and please include Sady in your prayers.
