2 keep my restaurant open because of city constru

This is Tino’s Taste of Heaven/ sweet peaches still haven’t had any official recourse. I’ve called everyone nobody will help! I should be compensated for my loss but all I’ve been told is there are no programs to help! That’s bull ! I shouldn’t have to get a loan …I need a grant or something I shouldn’t have to pay back! This is not my fault at all and there should be funds put up in the city for stuff like this, just like Indiana did! I can’t even get in my front door! No parking on the side or across the street for my customers! Common sense says it’s not my fault and I should be compensated! This is not right or fair! I’m just a small business,already trying to make it! This is a huge setback! And I’m just trying to stay in business! I’ve put all my money into my restaurant including savings. I have no other recourse because the city won’t help me! Please help best u can thanks.
