20 DCCA students volunteer in Ghana for 10 days!!

An AMAZING adventure awaits 20 students from Dover Christ Church Academy, who will be spending 10 days in Ghana volunteering in a local primary school.

The mixed group of boys and girls, over half of whom are pupil premium and or SEN, have this wonderful opportunity to take part in a unique trip in March 2025.

We have lots of fundraising activities planned to raise money for the travel and accommodation for these students including planting 105 trees in our school grounds to offset our carbon footprint of flying to Ghana.
