HOW IT WORKS

If I can unite 200 people into donating $19 to help me fundraise my dream I will have completed my mission.  ♡ 

Q: How can I be part of the project?

1. Donate $19
2. You will get a form by email (Here you will write a story, anecdote, experience, dream, or say something you want to say to the world, or just send a picture, video or audio to support your story if you want)
3. I will make a fully customized, personalized artwork with your story
4. I will send you your unique artwork in High Resolution

Later on, I will create a book where all the 200 stories will be shared with the world.


Q: What if I cannot donate $19?

I know we are living in hard times and if you cannot donate $19, and you want to donate something I really REALLY appreciate it and I put other rewards that you will love as well. Please check the list of prizes (starting at $2) for each donation amount reward.

WHAT IS “200 STORIES”?

200 Stories is a collection of 200 stories from around the world represented in abstract art pieces by Adriana Aneiva Guerra to raise funds to be able to follow the dream of going to Rome - Italy to pursue her Master’s Degree. Adriana has been awarded a full tuition scholarship (they only award 2 per year) to attend The Rome University of Fine Arts starting in September 2020. 

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Hi! I am Adriana AG, I am a 25 year-old Bolivian artist. I studied Advertising at The Savannah College of Art and Design (United States). After graduating in 2018, I worked at Ford as a User Experience Designer, which has introduced user research and futurism to my work as an artist. Being part of projects that involved ethnographic research helped me appreciate the artistic sense of everyday life and the intricacies and complexities of understanding people and their needs/wants. Also, working on projects about re-imagining the future of mobility helped me understand the importance of artists and designers in this world, and how our ideas can shape the world. Currently I work as an artist and freelance graphic designer, when I am not working in my art studio, I volunteer as the curator at MIKO art gallery, and have a startup chocolate factory I co-funded in La Paz city with my mom.
My art explores different cultures, people, and speculative, futuristic ideas that creates awareness and gives a new perspective into the world we live in, rewriting history and creating a positive impact for the world to come.

200 STORIES, 200 lives, 200 experiences, 200 people, 200 souls, 200 artworks.
Uniting my passion and curiosity for culture and people, I decided to use my creative abilities to create this project with you and fundraise for my dream to go to Italy after I received the big news of a full tuition scholarship.

DETAILED BREAKDOWN OF COSTS

To be able to go to Italy in September, I will need $3949, and for me even though I am working, that is impossible to get, that is why I chose to create this project and create 200 unique art pieces for the amazing people (like you :) that decide to support my cause and get personalized artworks. I know it will be a lot of work and this is my dream so I am committed to pursue it. Please join me in this journey, here is the breakdown of the costs:

University Enrollment Fee: $582
Flight From Bolivia to Italy: $1782
Living place for 2 months $1429 (until I get settled there)
Regional tax 140 euros = $156
TOTAL: $3949 (+ GoFundme retains 3%)
