Preparation saves lives. As the 2018 hurricane season approaches, Dancing for Justice founder Brittany Williams and the Coalition to Support Racial Justice Organizing are raising money in advance to support potentially impacted folks in high-risk areas. The money will be distributed by the Coalition team to directly impacted people before a hurricane becomes inclement to buy supplies and recover after. We know hurricanes will arrive; it's a matter of when, where, and how badly. Thanks to everyone who supported our successful Hurricane Irma Solidarity fund last year! We hope to prevent unnecessary trauma and provide care for even more communities in 2018.
