2018 Kenya Medical Mission Trip
Tax deductible
We have the amazing opportunity to use our gifts and talents to be part of a surgical mission team in Migori, Kenya through
Kenyarelief.org, Sept 27-Oct 7, 2018.
There are 44.3 million people in Kenya. Less than 2% of Kenyans have access to, or the affordability of healthcare. There are just over 1,000 surgeons for the entire country. Kenyans have conditions that plague their ability to provide the basic necessities for living without surgical interventions.
Kenyarelief.org is a faith based non-profit that has been in existence for 15 years. It all began because of a 16 year old girl, Brittany, who believed that one person could make an impact on this world. Kenya relief now has a medical-surgical clinic and has treated over 50,000 patients with 6,000 surgeries performed. Additionally, Kenya Relief has an orphanage with 172 children and a K-8 school with 550 children enrolled.
We are writing to ask for your help to assist us in making this calling to serve, a reality. Our team will impact the lives of over 500 patients while we are there September 27-October 7, 2018.
If you feel led to help us be part of something bigger than ourselves, Noreen and I are asking for your donation of whatever you feel compelled to give.
We thank you in advance from the bottom of our hearts for your consideration in being an extension of giving back to our Kenyan brothers and sisters who desperately need our help.
