Kinetic Grand Championship
The Sierra Waldorf School 8th grade class of 2020 is participating in the three day, 47 mile Kinetic Grand Championship Race in Humbolt County May of 2020. The students are building a human powered Viking ship that must traverse treacherous sand dunes, cross the icy waters of the bay and endure rocky terrain. Each student has a different role to help reach our fundraising goal, CAD design, graphic design, project management, and mechanics.
