2021 GPSA Swimming Scholarship Fund

The Greater Peninsula Swimming League (GPSA) is a recreational summer swim league comprised of 19 teams on the Virginia Peninsula (Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson & York County).

Although we resumed head-to-head competition this year following a fully virtual 2020 season, our league-wide registration numbers are down and we have a lot of new and inexperienced swimmers. As our City Meet Championship requires swimmers to qualify, we anticipate fewer swimmers attending, which means less income from meet entries. Historically, this championship meet has funded our scholarships for graduating seniors. 

We had a very successful 2020 GPSA Scholarship GoFundMe campaign and are hoping to do the same this year. 100% of proceeds from this fundraiser will be applied towards our scholarship fund.
