2023 Colorado Gold Star Parents weekend

The Gold Star Project of Colorado INC: We are a nonprofit organization built to serve our Colorado Gold Star Parents. With all donations being 100 percent tax deductible.

The Gold Star Parents weekend conference allows the parents a unique opportunity to be with other Gold Star parents. To share stories of their fallen hero or their fallen heroes, share their grief, laugh, cry, and often take their first steps in healing after they answered their door, and hearing the words no parent or loved one should ever hear, "We Regret to Inform you..."

We have found hope and solace in being with other parents walking down this path, feeling they are the only ones traveling this road. Within this weekend's conference, we have workshops, counseling opportunities and seminars assisting the Gold Star parents in their healing process after losing their child in the service of our Nation.
