2023 NYC Marathon for Cure Alzheimers

Dear Friends and Family:

On Nov 5, 2023, I'm running the New York City Marathon and will raise money to benefit Alzheimer's Disease Research Foundation. I've been donating to the Foundation (also known as Cure Alzheimer's Fund) for 10+ years and all donations to them go directly to funding Alzheimer's research. As some of you know, my grandfather and mother have Alzheimer's and so I have a personal interest in working towards a cure.

Did you know that exercise (as well as diet, mental exercises) can help people delay or prevent Alzheimer's too? I feel there are synergies between running the NYC marathon and the Curing Alzheimers.
