SUPPORT THE 2024 RIDE FOR BEVERLEY SCHOOL ON SEPTEMBER 28th
Last year we followed Adam Foley as he circumnavigated Lake Ontario by bicycle, accomplishing an impressive 1000kms over 5 days. This year he will tackle
Lake Simcoe in just one day! Our goal is to raise $15,000 to support the renovation of the Beverley School’s Sensory Motor Room. By upgrading equipment, enhancing sensory exploration, and making overall improvements, we aim to provide significant benefits to students who rely on this essential space. We warmly invite everyone to contribute and help enhance this invaluable community resource.
We’re also very happy to share that our first $10,000 will be matched by our friends at the Anderson Family Foundation. Donate now and double your impact— every dollar counts as two!
A big thank you to everyone who contributed to the first chapter of this journey. The 2023 Ride for Beverley was a huge success, and with your help we can reach our 2024 goal.
THE RIDE AROUND LAKE SIMCOE
This year Adam will tackle Lake Simcoe in just one day! 200kms of open road, each pedal stroke dedicated to raising funds in support of Beverley School’s continued dedication to its community and selfless commitment to providing children at Beverley a place where they can learn, grow and belong.
THE BEVERLEY SCHOOL
WITH RESPECT, ACCEPTANCE & ENCOURAGEMENT, I CAN GROW.
All students with exceptionalities have the right to reach their potential in a safe, secure, and encouraging learning environment.
Beverley is a public school that delivers educational services to students between the ages of 4 and 14 with developmental and/or physical disabilities. The Beverley school offers a wide range of activities and programs geared to this population. They follow an alternative curriculum that mirrors the Ontario Ministry of Education and over the years have provided exceptional learning opportunities.
They continue to excel in creating limitless experiences for students.
ABOUT ADAM
A personal connection to the school is what has motivated Adam to continue to raise funds and awareness for this meaningful establishment that is close to so many hearts.
On top of participating in the 2023 Ride for Beverly, Adam’s palmares includes a 1000 km cycling adventure from Yankee Stadium to Toronto in honour of the 80th anniversary of Lou Gehrig appreciation day as well as his position held as Volunteer Chair of ALS Canada’s Inaugural Revolution Ride.
