Wildlife Rescue Cork - 2025 Animal care costs
Wildlife Rescue Cork is a registered charity that rescues, rehabilitates and releases injured or orphaned native wildlife in Cork and surrounding counties.
Run entirely by volunteers whose sole purpose is to provide the highest standard of care to injured wildlife. We rescue everything from bats to badgers and do everything we can to get them back to the wild where they belong. The summer months are our busiest time, admitting and hand rearing many orphaned animals such as fox cubs, hoglets, badger cubs and a huge range of baby birds.
Wildlife Rescue Cork is run predominantly on public donations. We are so grateful for any support.
We began our journey in 2017 taking in 56 Animals. In 2024 we have taken in over 1000 native animals.
You can learn more about us featured on RTE player RTE NationWide (Second segment) and in the Irish Examiner
Please help support us by donating for much needed food, bedding, enclosures and veterinary care. What started as a passion project has turned into a much needed resource for our Irish wildlife, and we cannot continue without your support.
