Equal Pay Day 2018
Donation protected
Thank you for supporting #20PercentCounts!
In the U.S., women on average are paid 20% less than men – and Black women and Latinas are paid even less.
To raise awareness of this gender pay gap, LeanIn.Org and Lean In Circles across the country are partnering with local businesses to donate 20% of all sales* on Equal Pay Day (April 10, 2018) to organizations that support women affected by the pay gap: Dress for Success, Feeding America, The American Association of University Women, and The Boys & Girls Club. Because women and families deserve better.
We thank you for being such a key part of this campaign and we look forward to continuing to highlight such an important issue together!
Please mark your calendars for Black women's and Latina's Equal Pay Days on August 7th and November 1st.
*Up to a specified amount. Donations will be made to #20PercentCounts: An Equal Pay Initiative from LeanIn.Org, a donor advised fund at Direct Impact Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has partnered with GoFundMe to raise funds to benefit other nonprofit organizations that support women and families.
