Housing Expansion Urgently Needed

We are in desperate need of more housing. It has reached the point where three or four people a day contact the Ranch looking for emergency housing because they are in crisis and near homelessness. We have a plan and the capability to expand our housing to bring 20 more queer folks up to the ranch but we need your help to make it a reality. We need to start by getting a trailer to haul storage containers. This will allow us to start hauling storage containers up to the ranch and start converting them into two bedroom living areas. This will cost roughly 25,000.00. With these in place we can bring a max of 8 more folks up to the ranch and begin construction on the house expansion. We have the plans drawn up and are ready to pull permits on an 8 bedroom expansion of our bunkhouse to include 4 additional bathrooms and an additional kitchen. Our best estimate for this project is 25,000.00 as most of the work will be done by us. At that point we plan on moving the folks from the storage containers into the housing then making the storage containers available for more folks to move up and get settled. We hadn't planned on making this expansion until we where a bit more settled but because of everything happening in the US and the overwhelming need of the trans community currently we are making more housing our top priority. As always trans POC will get priority placement as they are the most at risk of immediate life threatening danger. These additions will put us at max capacity for this plot of land and help rescue many queer folks from very desperate situations. Any help in reaching our goal is greatly appreciated and will literally save lives.
