looters set Innocent mans car on fire ! Plz Help

Today while there was protests some looters set this innocent mans car on fire TWICE! His phone was in the car , & he doesn’t have the best insurance. Please help this guy out he did nothing to deserve this ! The person withdrawing the money will be Jose Franco he will be buying a new car with all the donations.
