February 9th-march 1st, Im running a half marathon every morning for mens mental health. I'm running not only in honour of my dad who lost his battle to mental health in 2012, but also for the thousands for men across Australia who lose their lives every year. Mental health and the stigma around mens mental health is a huge battle , but i'm doing my bit in support and you can too .

To my beautiful Dad,

I miss you so incredibly much every day! Not having you in our lives is a nasty pill to swallow. While its been so long , 12 years, stories of you are still shared, laughed about and cried over. Even in your absence you are my biggest role model . February is for you and I'm finishing off what you wanted to do . I hope I make you proud.
