Family emergency

My name is Apio and I’m making this fundraiser is on behalf of my brother Bol who broke both of his arms during the George Floyd Uprising and my family which is facing financial hardship. Last month in the aftermath George Floyd’s murder, Bol went out to protests. On the second day of the uprising at the Third Police Precinct police were using non lethal crowd control rounds on the protestors indiscriminately. Bol’s friends got caught in front of the police while they were shooting into the crowd. He then went to go grab them and in turn got rubber bullets shot at him by the police. Bol ran away from the scene, tripped while running and broke both of his radial heads in the forearms when he landed. Since then he’s still been active in multiple organizations in the community Due to this injury he’s been out of work since May 28th, and out of PTO. My sisters and I went out to MN to visit and support. During our trip my other sister Rebecca lost her job. She’s in need of financial assistance for upcoming rent and upcoming move back to MN. Awein Manyok who is the mother will also need help bouncing back after Rebeccas move.Bol will need help with rent, insurance bills and any upcoming costs stemming from recovery. Rebecca will also need financial help with the intrastate moving. Thanks for your outpouring of support. Continue to demand justice for George Floyd and support those in that fight
