Help my disabled trans father get back on his feet

Hi everyone, I’m raising this money for my father, a black trans disabled man, who recently got fired from Bossy Beulah’s after being racially profiled for stealing. A coworker of his poured him a glass of beer, which he denied to drink because he respects his workplace and managers. In result, his manager fired him abruptly with no proof, even after the coworker admitted my dad didn’t do anything. No cameras were checked nor investigation involved. My dad wasn’t even given the opportunity to explain himself. My dad worked 40+ hours a week while being physically disabled and having two surgeries on the veins in his legs earlier this month. He constantly went above and beyond and was always on time, if not early to work. This is not the first time the company racially profiled poc, both customers and employees and all of the black employees are being constantly fired or their hours cut for no reasons given. My dad is the primary income in our family home. Please help if you can and thank you abundantly for even taking the time to read.
