Help Matias get gender affirming Top surgery

Hello everyone, my name is Matias, I am trans masculine/non binary. My pronouns are He and They. I have already started my medical transition and have been on testosterone since the 3rd of March 2020. This has helped with my dysphoria im terms of lowering my voice and growing facial hair etc but I am still struggling with my chest. For me to feel comfortable outside of the house or with company, I have to wear a binder, wearing a binder for long periods of time has multiple health risks, breathing problems, deformed ribs, back ache etc I wish I didn't have to wear one, especially when it's hot. I know this surgery won't solve all my problems, it's not going to fix everything in my life. But I can tell you it will undoubtedly improve my quality of life and my mental health. I just want to get dressed, take a shower, go swimming, exercise without feeling like the dysphoria is suffocating me. I simply just want to feel free and at home in this vessel. Any extra money raised will go towards friends surgeries. If you could spare even just £5 it would really mean a lot to me.
