Health and healing for the Taylor family

Hello everyone!
We’re organizing this fundraiser to help the family of our friend and writer Bryanna from Chicago.
Their papa has congestive heart failure, diabetes and dementia. They had and continue to have diabetic related seizures that’s causing an immense amount of inflammation on their legs and feet. They took needed trips to the hospital where they worked on getting his systems regulated and to reduce the swelling in his feet and during some tests they noticed his heart was weakening and decided to give him a new one due to him already being on a pace maker. During his surgery the doctor knicked one of his lungs causing it to collapse and now he uses an oxygen tank. His health is getting weaker due to the oxygen deficiency which is also progressing his dementia which has resulted in his family putting him in hospice.
Their nana is his primary caregiver who is now in need of knee replacement surgery. Her knee is now bone on bone causing a great deal of excruciating pain with any amount of movement even in her sleep which is resulting in little to no rest.
Their mom is struggling to make ends meet for all three of them just trying to survive on unemployment due to the current health crisis. Her brother also try’s to pitch in when they can.
The money raised here would go directly to the family to offset the great cost of care for papa and knee replacement surgery for nana.
