PukaUp’s Cycle for Change 2022

As part of PukaUp’s Cycle for Change 2022 event, I will be riding 313.9km with over 5,800 meters of climbing over three days to raise awareness and much needed funds to support PukaUp.

PukaUp are a cause driven organisation who exist to end suicide. The recent launch of their online course Foundations of Wellbeing means that every Australian can learn the knowledge and tools needed to proactively manage their individual mental health, before reaching crisis point.

This cause means a lot to me because we have a disproportionate rate of suicide between the ages of 15 and 45 in the construction industry.

For every $250 I raise, I unlock one spot in the course which, I can then gift to anyone in my community. The more we raise together, the more people’s lives we can positively impact.
