Ron Patrick's Big Heart

I wanted to start this fundraiser in support of my friend, Ron Patrick. I first met Ron in 2003 and I remember how influential he was during that time in my life. He always had a big smile on his face when I saw him and his positive energy could be felt as well as seen. Ron is loved and supported by so many people in this community--a direct consequence of his huge heart and loving character. Please note: all funds are made directly available to Ron Patrick only. 

On Sunday, May 1, 2016, Ron Patrick was in the home of his close friend, Gail, when his heart malfunctioned. Gratefully, Gail was quick to respond and called 911 and began chest compressions to provide first aid until the paramedics arrived just a few minutes later. Immediately, the eight paramedics went into action and after several attempts with the defibrillator, they were able to get Ron's heart to start beating again.

Ron is currently surrounded by his three beautiful daughters, his grandson Trei, his mother, his twin brother Robert, and Gail. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. For the best updates, check out Lisa Merigian's Facebook page as she has been providing fabulous updates on his recovery.
