"The Leonidas 22 Mile Walk"

Donation protected
On August 28th, 2016 myself and Mario Rodriguez walked 22 miles with a 50lbs ruck on our backs, in honor of those we've lost to suicide. According to a VA study each day over 20 veterans take their own lives. But together we can win the war against veteran suicide. The 22 miles represent the 22 veterans we lose everyday to suicide. The 50lbs represent the burdens of war we carry with us the rest of our lives.

In light of the recent events of Cottage 16 a Homeless Veteran shelter located in Union Grove being shut down in september I am dedicating this walk to them. All donations will go directly to help these veterans. In a joint effort between myself and my fitness program 22 fitness, and the Combat Veterans motorcycle accosiation we will do what ever it takes to help these veterans. My goal is to at least get one of these veterans out of the very syatem that has abanded them and into a job and a place of thier own. They fought for us America lets fight for them!

On Augast 26th, 2017 I am walking again with Mario, Men i served with and CVMA memebers together we will walk united, for one purpose to HELP OUR HOMELESS.

Bottom line is this Homelessness equals depression, depression leads to suicide.

I would ask that those that can, make a small donation in support of my journey. 100% of the money donated will go the Combat Veterans Mororcyle Accosiation. The CVMA's mission is clear "vets helping vets" over this past year the CVMA has raised over $30,000 to assist various charities. Such as cottage 16, Honor Flight, and Hogs for Heros.
