22nd Bootle Scout Group - Welsh 3000s Challenge

Around 32 years ago a group of 22nd (Christ Church) Scout Leaders undertook a sponsored walk covering the 15 highest mountains in Snowdonia. Covering some 30 miles and nearly 13000 feet of climb, the team completed the challenge in 18.5 hours!

To celebrate this achievement, some members of the original team & current leaders within the group are going to attempt the same route over 3 days to help raise funds for our Group.

The funds will help purchase much-needed equipment to enable us to provide various outdoor activities for all members of our group, which includes:- Beavers, Cubs, Scouts & Explorers.
