Aloha friends, ʻohana, and extended lāhui,

Mahalo nui for your continued care, manaʻo, and outpouring of love you’ve all shared with us recently. We love you, and are trying our best to navigate the waters of life gracefully during these times. As we transition into this very new and difficult stage in life, our intention is to provide as much love and kōkua as possible to Aunty Tanya, Kiana and Makoa. As we know, the current state of the world has proven to be trying for so many of us. And your varying forms of love and support thus far have been overwhelmingly kind and heartfelt. So whatever you feel you are being called upon to contribute, please know it is already more than enough and very much appreciated.
Above all, the most important thing we can do at this time is to continue to pule for our Ho ʻohana, get in the ocean, keep surfing, and share your love and light with one another. This world needs more joy. Let us come together and make it happen. And I promise you, without a shadow of a doubt, that is exactly what Uncle Derek would want us to do.
