WJW4 Ewing's Journey

Donation protected
In April 2016, Bill Worthington was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma, a rare form of cancer that typically affects children. Ewing's Sarcoma is an aggresive, cruel disease that requires an intense attack. This aggressive plan will require them to travel far from home to get treatment. He and his family will begin his treatment journey at MD Anderson in Houston on May 9, 2016.

At a minimum, Bill will endure surgery, multiple chemotherapy cycles, and countless other trials and procedures. This journey, as they call it, will take time, up to and possibly more than a year.

Moreover, it will cost their entire family quite a bit in terms of time, patience, and money. There are plenty who have volunteered to help with these, but we wanted to provide a forum for people to help directly with the financial burden they will face.

Your gifts will be used for the numerous things that come with cancer treatments: lodging, gas, food, medical bills, and so much more. As a wife of a cancer survivor, I can attest to how much your financial support will help take part of the burden off the Worthington family. As always, your continued prayers are most important.
