Tripp’s Fight Against Neuroblastoma

Donation protected
Tripp is a feisty and happy one-year-old who was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma, a form of pediatric cancer on July 17, 2020. He spent 8 months undergoing intermediate risk chemotherapy, as well as undergoing a tumor resection surgery in December 2020. He had scans in February 2021 and was declared in remission.

On April 4, 2021, Tripp relapsed. A CT scan showed a 3cm mass on the brain, with an ultrasound showing swollen lymphnodes in the abdomen. That night, doctors placed a shunt and EVD (brain tube) to help relieve the pressure on his brain. He underwent a 5 hour MRI early Monday morning. On Monday afternoon, he underwent an hours-long surgery to remove the tumor on his brain. The surgery was successful, with the tumor being fully removed (same for some tiny pieces that will be destroyed wit proton therapy).

Tripp has a long road ahead of him with an 18-months-long treatment plan, as well as physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Therefore, all monies raised will go towards covering Tripp’s medical expenses, as well as any assistance we need with covering bills.

We also ask for your continued prayers for Tripp and his team of doctors. We believe strongly in the power of prayer and know that it works. We love you all and thank you for your support of Tripp during this tough time in his life.
