23 mile walk to raise money for the NICU ward
Donation protected
Hey so as most people will know our baby boy Lennie was born at 27 weeks 5 days, he was in the NICU ward at Peterborough for 9 weeks. This hospital did the up most for me and Lennie and saved both of our lives. He went from a ventilator to breathing on his own, from being tube fed to solely breastfeeding and went from a tiny 2lb 5 ounces to leaving the hospital at over 5lb.
We as a family would LOVE to help the NICU ward as a way of saying thank you for everything that they have done for us.
I have been in contact with the ward manager on the NICU unit and she has given me ideas of what they are in need of. I'm hoping to raise as much money as possible by embarking on a 23 mile walk round Rutland waters at the start of July.
This unit and all the nurses saved our little boys life, so let's supply them with any equipment they need so they can keep on working miracles.
Thank you love the Hall family❤
