23 year old cancer survivor gets hit by car

Hello, my name is Alicea. I’m trying to get support for my little sister. She was in a car accident last Tuesday night. She was riding her scooter home from work with a friend and was going across the crosswalk and someone ran a red light. She was thrown across the intersection with her scooter being ran over and crushed by the driver’s car. She has been in the hospital since in critical condition, both her legs were crushed and need multiple surgeries to be able to walk again. She is currently bedridden and working so hard to be able to even just get out of bed. We had found out New Year’s Eve 2019 that she had leukemia. She then went through two years of chemotherapy and was able to beat the cancer and is in remission now. She had worked so hard to be able to walk again then and was walking with braces. Now she is having to do it again. She had finally somewhat regained her independence. With gaining employment and using her scooter for transportation. We have just found out that she will be needing to go into a care facility. For at least eight weeks and not able to come home with us. There is no way to be able to cover all the costs. The hospital bills are going to be enormous alone. If you could help as much as possible, so that she is able to regain her independence again. And not having to worry about expenses or the hospital bills.
