Help save Chepito

Chepito has the soul of a child, he is a happy person, dreamer, enthusiastic and a fighter.  He became an orphan when he was 8 years old, and went to live with us (nephews). He never married or had any children; we have been his only family and promised our mom to always look after him.
As a child Chepito had many difficulties with his studies, many believed he was not going to be able to graduate from school.  However, Chepito never gave up and continued to study throughout his entire live. Chepito is a notary - lawyer.  Now at age 63,  he is an active partner in his parish. He works in the legal department at the Labor Ministry of Guatemala, were he is very dear to his team. 

We need your help to save Uncle Chepito! Since March Chepito was admitted to the hospital intensive care unit. It all started a few days earlier when one of his diverticulum exploded.  When he was admitted in the hospital the doctors found holes in his large intestine, because of this his stomach was filled with 1 ½ liters of stools, which contaminated all the organs of his body. The kidneys were the first organs to be affected; his lungs stopped working and he had a respiratory failure.
Despite all these complications Chepito hasn’t stopped fighting and told us that he is not giving up. Currently his vital signs are stable, his brain is functioning properly and there is hope for him to recover.

We have done everything possible to save Chepito, the problem is that he has no health insurance,  therefore every hour that he spends in the hospital, each surgery, each pill, each serum, increases the hospital bill, which is already reaching the million Quetzales ($ 128.200). Please help us give an opportunity to Chepito to carry on with his amazing life!
