Abbi's New Heart

On Valentine’s Day, Abbi Shaw, a 13-year old student at Richland County Middle School in Olney, Illinois, received a new heart.
Abbi is the daughter of Doug and Jodi Shaw who own and run Roll With It Bakery in Olney. It’s a great place to eat and to gather with friends and has quickly become a favorite spot in our community. I had the great privilege of working for the Shaws at the bakery, and I got to know them well. They are selfless, compassionate, loving, and always ready and willing to help anyone in need. That’s why I am appealing to anyone who can help. Together, through gofundme, I hope we can alleviate some of the Shaws’ financial burden so that they can concentrate on their daughter Abbi, and her recovery. One of the things I love about Olney, is what a tight community we are.
