Help with medical expenses

Twyla Taylor is a missionary in Mozambique Africa. After a short time in the US, recovering from a medical procedure and visiting with her family, she returned to Africa and suffered a stroke. We have not been able to get her the proper medical attention she is in dire need of due to the travelers insurance not holding up their end.  At this point what we know is that she has paralysis on the left side of her body as well as slurred speech. Twyla needs to be medevacked to the nearest hospital, which is in Johannesburg, for immediate treatment and eventually to be transported back to the US for medical care. This means they will have to pay out of pocket for transportation and medical expenses incurred overseas as well as in the U.S. due to lack of insurance.
