Roy Shellito's Fund For Mayo Clinic

I am doing this for my brother, Roy Shellito, who just found out today that the Mayo Clinic Neurosurgeon has scheduled him for appointments starting May 31st to see if they can help relieve some of his pain and slow down the progress of the arachnoiditis in his back - which can and possibly will result in paralysis of his lower extremities. He has had one back surgery, back injections which did not help and seen many Dr.'s who have all said they cannot help him. 
They were told it would be 2 to 3 months before being seen at Mayo Clinic but after they saw his medical records & MRI's they got him in in 3 weeks!  
Roy has not been able to work since his back surgery a year ago and his wife Katie has been the primary provider for the family with her daycare. As she will have to take off work for 2 weeks to take Roy to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. there will be no income and very little time to save money for the trip and 10 day stay for testing and possible surgery.
Any help would be greatly appreciated to help pay for gas, hotel, food and any medical expenses they incur as they will be leaving on May 28th to travel there.
We are all very thankful for any help as we are praying the Dr.'s will be able to bring him some relief from constant pain and delay any paralysis since there is no cure for arachnoiditis.
